right now.
Where my attention sits right now. Refreshed when something material shifts. If we've been out of touch a while, this is the catch-up.
Currently I'm focused on
- Building production systems for Amazon Devices serving customers worldwide — the day job, and the work that ends up in front of real users at real scale.
- Going deep on AI in production: what actually holds up under load, what only looks good in a demo, what costs too much to keep running.
- Tinkering on side projects that are genuinely fun to build — AI agents, automation, and product experiments across fintech, data, and adjacent spaces. Quietly, mostly heads-down; the ones that survive contact with real users will show up here first.
- Reading more than I write. Always learning — currently more on systems and infra than on framework-of-the-month.
Not focused on right now
- Spray-and-pray side projects without a thesis behind them.
- Anything that doesn't ship to a real user.
- Performative talks. Real conversations only.
